“I just ordered a 2nd keypad to use at a far entrance ( for 90 year old user). Will there be instructions on how set it up to work on my current simplisafe set-up. We really needed the extra key pad at our other entrance. Thank you”

Yep, instructions should have been sent to your email as part of your invoice. You just want to add it to your system through your existing Keypad's Menu. If you have trouble, our Support team can help at 800-548-9508!
