The Smart Alarm Indoor Camera's battery can last up to 3 months, depending on activity. A big factor in wireless connectivity is the environment. Since the Smart Alarm Cam is intended for indoor use, there would be fewer obstructions that could get in the way of the signal. But it's still a good idea to work with our Support team to set up your camera for best performance.

Very reliable. Connection does not drop once connected through WIFI to your System.
Pictures and video are crystal clear. I have discovered that some cellphones only show the live pictures because of memory limitations, but Simplisafe still receives the full video, and can share with Law Enforcement. You can also view it on your computer, if your phone is limited!
