“we have a well pump house, small , way up north that we have a small heater in it, even though drained, issues there happen, it has a thermostat, but if it goes off,would we get a alert/text letting us know its off/heater? thank you”

Hello, We have this device installed with our system in the garage. The device has an upper and lower temperature alarm. If the temperature gets below or above the low or high setting (user definable), simplisafe will notify you through an alert. We get a text and phone call when the garage temperature has fallen below our low setting. I hope this helps.
