Actually it’s pretty temperamental and it really only works off of 24 V I’ve had the same issue several times and the doorbell never ends up remaining on it eventually will just die out because the power required is 24 vac it’s not very reasonable.... 24vac or no doorbell unlike ring video doorbell’s or Google nest video doorbell or Arlo those are all a little bit more Easy-going when it comes to required power ....
