Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would call their customer support for help. I had an indoor camera that was defective and they sent me a new replacement. The setup for the replacement camera went smooth and took just a couple of minutes to install. They will go over each installment step. I believe one of the first steps after hooking up the doorbell wires is to ring the doorbell and that helps activate the camera. Best of luck.
