Typically, you can provide the name and phone number of the person who purchased the keyboard, and they will give you a store credit or allow you to choose another item in the store. Of course, the item must be returned in its original condition and with all original packaging. If you have any problems with completing your request, I would recommend speaking directly to a store manager.
