You want to make sure that you are playing compatible CDs when playing music. You want to look for the CDs that bear the identification logo "CompactDISCDigitalAudio" or "CompactDISCDigitalAudio/Graphics". If you play CDs that are not compatible with the machine, they may not work. We hope this information is helpful to you.
