Will this work on a 2019 RAV4 null

The answer is not quite.The unit as sold only works for specific aftermarket radios, no car manufacturer radios. That being said there is a Toyota interface that is made by Toyota - or at least branded as such- that possibly may be used with the kit and work. If you buy the interface the Sirius XM adapter is included. You can do an easy Google search to check compatibility but more important than having the car model is knowing which radio you have installed since there are a few options you could have on the car.

If your radio has a SXM input or is SXM ready then yes.
