If you already have a subscription, you can either add it to your account (for a $15 fee, but I just told the rep I wasn't going to pay the extortion fee and she waived it no problem), or you can replace an old radio. Hope I could help!

My husband drives a Ford, which is Sirius and I drive a GM which is XM and we have both our vehicles on the same account and never had an extra charge. The radio station line-up is a bit different but we've never had an issue or a problem. If you call the 1-800 number they could give you the details.
