Youll need to purchase a subscription for Sirrius and have an inverter as it is 110V household power. If only using for a trip I would look into a prepaid Sirrius card that Best Buy sells. Not sure how hard it is to get it set up using a card, howeverbetter than having someone in a foreign land you can't understand trying to upsell all their services.
