How hard is this to install on a 2017 cross trek null

I just installed in my 2018 Crosstrek was very simple. I did purchase from charger city on Amazon a charger mount, which made things a little easier. The only part you might need help with is the antenna, instructions advise to mount on the back of the small suv. I am trying to get away with mounting on dashboard, I will test for awhile.

No problem with a 2014 Forester.
