“I have Sirius radio and drive over the road in all of the US and when I come near a big city I'm stuck listening to their radio station. Like Dallas I had to drive 160 miles north before I could hear Sirius. Any way to correct this?”

• Buy the FM Direct adapter from best buy SKU: 811658, essentially it electronically disconnects your vehicle antenna when listening to XM so all of the local channels no longer interfer.
