This model can be used in your car and/or your home, using an AUX plug, through an FM stereo receiver and speaker. There is no sleep timer.
Their packaging is quite confusing, and the product information lacks fundamental info regarding the need to have a compatible FM radio with aux plug, decent speakers, and a "new" subscription to Sirius, with $15 Activation fee. Likewise, you have to wait for BBuy to send a Code for the free trial - so good luck with that since in-store staff didn't have a clue and BBuy has stopped accepting phone calls. Noone responded on their dysfunctional hotline.
