Yes you can use it at home. You have to call Sirius and sign up with them before you can get the stations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It only has one antenna, so you would need a home antenna unless you wanted to move the antenna in and out of your car (not recommended). What you could do is pay a few bucks extra on your subscription to get a second license, which you could then use on your phone, laptop or tablet. (I did that). Yes, there is a subscription fee for satellite radio. Depending upon when you buy this, there might be a free trial period, but usually you have to sign up for at least a year.
