• No, you can purchase a device and use same account for that device.

• Yes - every vehicle needs there own subscription. The only way around this would be to use the external Onyx Sirius XM receiver and have the antenna and all wires hooked up in each car and take the receiver out and move it to your other car if you would like to use in another vehicle.
