It will if you use the cassette deck on your radio (if it came with one) by plugging the supplied cassette adapter. Works great on my 2000 Dodge Durango (that incidentally came with a cassette deck).

Yes, you can use radio frequencies if you do not have an aux port. To the best of my knowledge you cannot carry over a subscription. Hope this helps
