• Sirius Radios are for Satellite Radio, not standard broadcast radio. There are radios that combine Satellite Radio with a regular AM/FM Broadcast Radio. I would recommend looking for one of those.

• No, this device is for satellite radio. You would use your standard car stereo for over-the-air stations.
