A:AnswerJust since OCTOBER 2022, signal loss is occurring once every 2 blocks for a whole two mile drive! It appears the the new short little pole-mount 5G cell transmitters cause interference and crash the SXM 300 sat tuner! So, it is a bad filter in the SXM tuner module, or are the 5G units spilling into the Satellite radio frequencies? Either way, one or both require an instant fix. Unfortunately, the out of the country customer service agents do not understand or care about losing paying customers who have a radio that goes to nothing more than a 1970 AM radio driving thru an overpass and temporary loss of signal, but AM is nowhere near as bad as the SXM. Who can we contact at SXM to get immediate action, or does it require cancellation?

A:AnswerIf connected to a SiriusXM-Ready radio, you tune to Channel 0. the Radio ID is also located on the back of the SXV300 tuner as well as the packaging
