• I BELIEVE IT IS. BUT YOU WILL NEED A SPECIAL MOUNT FOR THE ROOF.

• Yes as long as you make sure the wire is protected when running through the doorr rubber seal. I have a hatchback window lid and ran the wire st the top Hope their helps
