I'm sorry, but I don't know. We installed ours in a 2006 Expedition, which is, basically, a 2006 F-150. My best guess is that it will work unless Ford made major changes to the 150 between 06 & 10.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless your head unit specifically says SIRIUSXM right on the front of it, no it will not. Only head units with their logo in plain sight right on the front of the unit are compatible. Otherwise if it says SAT READY you will need an interface unit or other device that mates up to the installed head unit. I suggest you consult someone who is knowledgeable with Ford radios and or your owners manual for specific info on how to proceed. Just buyng components without knowing exact fitment and compatibility can cost big and even cause damage to your sound system. Places like Best Buy are NOT good sources of info as I've discovered personally. Typically they are just interested in getting you to spend money. Small sound system installing companies are most likely your best source of info in Sirius compatibilities. Hope this helped with your question. Good luck with your need for SIRIUS radio. I have it in my vehicle and love it. The quality of the sound in nmatched by other FM type signals.
