• If your car is Sirius/Xm ready yes it will. If it has no xm tuner built in then you will need a tuner as well

• No this is for a aftermarket radio with satellite radio logo on it not for factory radio. If factory and it has the logo all you do is subscribe. If aftermarket without satellite logo still no.
