Will this work with my 2011 infiniti g25 factory system and shark fin antenna. I currently have factory installed Sirius in this vehicle but the reception has gotten progressively worse.

try cleaning connections first ,
it is the same as the factory installed, and with this unit when i get bad reception it turns off subscription, im always having to call custome service to reconnect

The SiriusXM - Connect Satellite Radio Vehicle Tuner enables an aftermarket head unit that comes SiriusXM Ready. It's not compatible with a factory installed radio. You may want to contact your local Infiniti dealership if you're having issues with you factory radio.
