It will work if your car radio is SiriusXM ready. And, you should have it installed instead of doing it yourself to make sure the antenna is installed correctly.

If your car radio does not have Sirius XM now, more than likely it will not work. This unit is designed to work with aftermarket radios with Sirius XM compatability. But you can check with your local ford dealer to make sure of this, or you can pull the radio out and look at the rear of the factory radio and see if you have the connections in the rear of the factory radio. It should be a round female connection, generally marked Sirius XM. Hope this helps.
