“The site says that this part fits my 2007 Toyota Camry w/Push to start JBL, but how does the display situation work? Will it show the XM stations on my factory stereo? And how many english stations will this actually pick up? Thanks”

If you use this device on a factory head unit, the factory HU will need to have native support for XM radio. If you already have XM from the factory, then this will work as an upgraded antenna. If you don't have XM from the factory, then this will not add XM to your vehicle. If you are using this on an aftermarket head unit that is XM ready, then this will work well with JBL head units, and it will pick up any stations that are within your paid subscription. For example, we added this to my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and it had new stations that the stock head unit and the antenna did not.
