Yes, the Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX is compatible with the SiriusXM SXV300V1 tuner. This tuner will just plug into the back of the Pioneer tuner and use the Pioneer's display and play audio through the Pioneer head unit. The SXV300V1 comes with a satellite antenna that you install on the outside of your vehicle to get an unobstructed view of the satellites in our southern sky.
