“I am trying to see if this is the tuner I need for alpine 7 Satellite ready but no where does it say its for a 2004 chev truck i know the alpine is compatible just doesnt go into enough detail for a simple question is it the tuner the radio need”

SXV300 tuner will work with all "SiriusXM Ready" head unit. Please check the user manual of your head unit for "SiriusXM Ready" compatibility.
