A:AnswerUnfortunately no..you have 3 options 1 you would have to buy a aftermarket radio with built in xm then the kit you are asking about would work to get xm radio working..option 2 you will have to buy a xm Satellite Radio Receiver. The only downside to doing this is now you have to put the receiver somewhere out of the way so you can get to your climate controls, shifter,radio ect. Option 3 you can always download the xm app on your smartphone and play xm radio from your phone and bluetooth the music to your car's radio. A:AnswerThis has nothing to do with a car radio antenna. Your car radio must be XM or Sirius ready. If so, this can be installed as an attachment to that radio.
