“Why when I shut it off, when it is on channel 61 live, when I turn it back on it starts the same program over instead of playing live show. Tried to use the go live button, it just starts the same show over again, did this several times.”

There were some streaming outages during the recent hurricanes that may have affected streaming replay specifically on the TTR3. These outages have been resolved so hopefully your TTR3 is able to resume where you last paused the show.
