I don't think so for it will only work just with a sirius xm package you have to buy for every month.

If you already have streaming credentials included with your car package then you are good to go. And if you don't already have a streaming subscription, you can add streaming to your car package for less cost than a stand alone streaming subscription. Then you can use your streaming subscription on multiple devices such as the Sound Station or your PC or your smart phone, but only on one device at a time. All devices can stay logged in but when you start listening on another device the stream will be automatically stopped on the other devices.
