The people who delivered our dryer with the periscope dryer vent, which did not work for our situation, were definitely not from the Geek Squad. As a matter of fact, due to space constraints and timing issues we had 3 different deliveries and 3 different sets of delivery people. Two sets of them were fine, one was less than stellar. The first ones were the best and we always hoped it would be them again. All that said, Best Buy itself was very helpful and accommodating. I'm assuming the delivery people are independent workers who contract with Best Buy because every box van was unmarked.

They told me they do and I’ve purchased it through them…my installation is on the 21st. Best Buy hires local contractors in my areas so it may vary by region.
