• They probably do. While my lock isn't Samsung, I have severa smartl kitchen appliances and two Samsung TVs that Geek Squad installed recently.

• Thanks for taking the time to ask this great question! I’m happy to hear of your interest in a smart lock. This service is not limited to specific brands or models and the Geek Squad should be able to install such hardware per manufacturer specifications.
