“I bought a Surface Book 2 yesterday & it’s asking for product code? I don’t see that on the box or receipt. I did a troubleshoot & it won’t detect any problems. However, there obviously is, one. Please, Advise - I’m 3 Hrs from the store. Thanks, SKohler”
