    The agent remotely controlled my MacBook in order to help me find out what was wrong with the keyboard despite it being a new one.

    The agent was patient and walked me through my problem. She was easy to understand and spoke clearly. We move smoothly the system and contacted another group when I asked for help with a related problem This was a great help for a senior with a hearing problem. She sensed that I was lagging behind and automatically slowed down. I would be happy to have her help with any future problems.

    New computer would not connect to home WiFi

    My problem with this service is that on the first day we were unable to complete a connection to remotely check the computer and I was told there would be no charge the next day when we were to try again. But on the second day they insisted I had to agree to a second charge which I did reluctantly. That person did connect remotely and they could not solve the problem but did tell me to talk with my internet provider.

    After nearly a month and two visits back back to GEEK, at the store, and a paid phone call, I am still not able to get the functions that I need.

    My son had been unable to install his MasterCam software on his MacBook Pro. This is a requirement for his Engineering class. Purchased the Wndows parallel and even then was still getting error message with the software. I was ready to spend money on a PC for him when I decided to call Geek Squad as a last resort. The best money I've ever spent ! These guys took care of it with one phone call and no glitches. Saved me a ton of money as I no longer need to buy a PC and my son is now able to use his MasterCam program

    Our Best Buy Total Tech membership has been a life-saver! My husband is writing his Doctoral Thesis and his computer bit the dust . . . We called the Geek Squad and they had our new computer software up and running very quickly! My husband was so pleased!

    This was a joke. You cant get through by phone. opted for the 27 minute call back. got the call, then put on hold for 47 minutes then disconnected by best buy. Tried Geek Chat. Promised issue would be resolved and if there were questions they would call. phone rang when I answered call was disconnected. No other attempt was made to contact me. I had webbrowser tool bar installed on my computer along with other thing but guess what? STILL NO Sound.

    I was at the point of total frustration when I called the Geek Squad in Little Rock. They were very kind and understanding and got right down to business. I'm happy to say my computer is now operating like it should.

    The Geek Squad downloaded Microsoft 365 Office, McAfee APP and downloaded the Print driver on my new laptop and HP 8035 Printer. Even though they were swamped they were able to get it all done by 6:30pm the same day. YAHOO! What a team! Geek Squad at the Tualatin Store is the BEST!

    They didn't fix my problem. Plus, they promised to refund my money if they didn't fix it. They still charged me.

    Store told me memory reader would walk me through. It did not. Went to store. He showed me. Came home but it didn't work that way. Called remote assistance. They helped and they set up my printer too. They don't help with old laptop of Vista or old desktop of XP however.
