Geek Squad Incompetence

I lost import data due to the Geek Squad installation errors. Each time I called back for help, they made the problem worse. I know have a product that I paid for that doesn’t work properly due to the incompetence of Geek Squad.

computer-excel app not working

Ben's time and work results based on my punch list and how to fix it all was far above what I had tried to accomplish with online Chats.

Terrible Product and Worse Customer Service

I was promised my issue with my $2k laptop would be fixed, but it wasn't. On the third "do-over" I was told to just go into the store because they couldn't fix it. My issue was fixed in store within moments by logging into my one drive, but not until a TotalTech membership was purchased. Now, Best Buy refuses to refund my Software Setup and Support service, despite not actually doing anything.

Very Disappointing

Easy software install

I can finally access my email

I had tried to fix it several times on my own after searching solution on the internet and was unable to get to the email. The Geek Squad was able top fix the issue for me.
