    Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time, money, or mental stability on this product. I was promised my issue with my $2k laptop would be fixed, but it wasn't. On the third "do-over" I was told to just go into the store because they couldn't fix it. My issue was fixed in store within moments by logging into my one drive, but not until a TotalTech membership was purchased. Now, Best Buy refuses to refund my Software Setup and Support service, despite not actually doing anything.

    I was on with a Geek Squad tech for at least 45 Min and she was unable to complete the task . I am requesting a refund

    never use the remote Geek Squad

    Remoter Geek Squad is a total failure. I do not intend to ever use them again. I will always go the store Geek Squad they are great

    Service wasn't needed but it was very easy to do by myself. I must have fallen into a crack as far as service goes this time. I still enjoy purchasing products by Best Buy.

    I can finally access my email

    I was having problems with an email address. I had tried to fix it several times on my own after searching solution on the internet and was unable to get to the email. The Geek Squad was able top fix the issue for me.

    I bought this to be picked up and installed in another city, Three days later and four trips and eight phone calls to my local Best Buy and I was still waiting to get it installed on a computer in OKC. Your order will be ready in 30 mins, my #@$%!#&. My family had spent 10 hours over 3 days and were told the fourth day they that they were Now at the back end of the Que and if they left their computer they would call them in a day or two when it was ready.

    The particular service rep was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained step by step what he was doing with my laptop and printer. Was very persistent about finding out what the problem was and resolving issue.
