Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time, money, or mental stability on this product. I was promised my issue with my $2k laptop would be fixed, but it wasn't. On the third "do-over" I was told to just go into the store because they couldn't fix it.
My issue was fixed in store within moments by logging into my one drive, but not until a TotalTech membership was purchased. Now, Best Buy refuses to refund my Software Setup and Support service, despite not actually doing anything.

I was having problems with an email address. I had tried to fix it several times on my own after searching solution on the internet and was unable to get to the email. The Geek Squad was able top fix the issue for me.
