Never could get someone to help. Spent several hours trying to reach them. Then would wait for next technician, again hours spent for nothing. Very disappointed I used to get great service.

I bought and paid for Microsoft word etc. I have (on my own) been successful with most of what I bought, but not "word" The Geek Squad (that I also paid for) was unable to get the program on to my computer and I remain frustrated as to how this can be possible. I am now out of town and will not be home for a month. I don't know what I am to do, but some how I need to actually get what I paid for twice!!!

This was a joke. You cant get through by phone. opted for the 27 minute call back. got the call, then put on hold for 47 minutes then disconnected by best buy. Tried Geek Chat. Promised issue would be resolved and if there were questions they would call. phone rang when I answered call was disconnected. No other attempt was made to contact me. I had webbrowser tool bar installed on my computer along with other thing but guess what? STILL NO Sound.

over three days (plus five hours) your last agent found my issue why outlook was not load on my computer. It was very simple that outlook does not work on a version 10 computer.
I even agreed to pay a tech fee. I have an outstanding issue with your staff that the fee i paid should be credited back to me. Hope to see my charged payed back soon.

The Geek Squad downloaded Microsoft 365 Office, McAfee APP and downloaded the Print driver on my new laptop and HP 8035 Printer. Even though they were swamped they were able to get it all done by 6:30pm the same day. YAHOO! What a team! Geek Squad at the Tualatin Store is the BEST!
