Do you have a Best Buy, Best Buy Plus or Best Buy Total membership? If so call your Best Buy store or chat with support online. Your appointment will be happening then. Laptops need to go into the store. I have had a desktop for years along with a Best Buy Total membership. I get free support and tunes up when I need it or if I am concerned about any computer system. I’am always satisfied with the work. If you have not purchased any of the three memberships available you may incur charges depending on what services are needed. I believe you can still contact the Geek Squad as I mentioned above.
