• Hi Vicki. Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I'm sorry you're running into issues! My first guess is going to be that you have what's called "S Mode" still on from the manufacturer. Computers under about $499 typically have this turned on which doesn't allow anything installed that's not from Microsoft. This just needs to be turned off.
