“I have the ring floodlight cam I don't see anywhere on it where accepts a solar panel or that it has any built-in batteries what am I missing my unit is 3 years old”

• I bought the new floodlight camera that has in the back a little round rubber that you can remove and insert the cord from the panel. Sorry I can't be much help.

• Pretty sure those are hard wired only and don’t have an option for solar or battery
