Can I mount the solar panel flush with the roof null

I think so but I'd check with a geek squad member to be sure. I had them do my installation.

Not flush, no. The kit has a mount. The back of the panel has a small slide rail which fits onto the mount. Only way you could mount it is if you use a 3rd party kit or make something yourself. Out of the box flush mount is not included.
