“I live in a part of Ohio, which very little sunshine during winter months. Would Solar Panel be able to charge the battery during the winter months? Also, is there's a minimum operating temperature below which charging stops to protect the battery?”

I have 6 cameras all with solar panels. I love in Central Illinois and I've never had issues with the batteries being charged. These solar panels do an excellent job.
