QuestionThese are constantly out of stock for quite some time. Should I give up trying to purchase this in the future? I also applied to notify me when it is available. It has been sold out for months. What alternatives would you recommend?

- Answer I bought mine a month ago (January 2022) in Honolulu. They had 1 in stock then. There's a special going now and the Honolulu store again has exactly 1 in stock so check around. Good luck, you'll be happy when you find a set.

QuestionCan the speakers be daisy chained or does each speaker need to have an independent line ran to the amp?

- Answer Hi, Thank you for your question. Typically these speakers would have separate wire runs back to the amplifier. This configuration will give you 2-channel stereo sound. However, the speakers are 8 ohms, and the Sonos amp is stable down to 4 ohms, so if needed, you could daisy chain them using a single 2-conductor speaker wire. Keep in mind that using a single wire provides mono sound, not stereo. I hope you found this information helpful. QuestionHi, is the Sonos Amp itself weatherproof, so it can be installed outside - at least away from the elements - like in a garage?

- Answer I have my Sonos amp outside under my back patio. It’s in shade most of the day and it powers my speakers under my patio as well as my weatherproof speakers by the pool.

- Answer Sonos ones are much higher quality. These aren’t great. I ended up buying some polks and using all four channels for better sound.

QuestionWhy is the warranty for these speakers only 1 year while the warranty for the Mariner 64 is 5 years? Does that mean the speaker cone and other material specs fall below those of the Mariner 64? Why not just pair the Sonos amp with the Mariner 64?

- Answer You can definitely do that, however $600 for Mariner 64 + $800 for Amp is $1400, or about $150. The difference between the two is this system was designed to be put on sale, and secondly the quality is the same as they share many of the same components inside. However the main difference is the audio ranges, which indicates the driver may be different.

QuestionHow big of an outdoor space is this setup intended to cover? My backyard is 40' wide x 67' deep. I am considering this alone or this plus the Mag Series 6.1 setup (SKU: 6440405). Will this suffice? Will the combination of it and the Mag 6.1 be overkill?

- Answer Yes, the Sonance 1/2 inch logo on the speaker are removable. The logos are very small, looks life it is made with plastic, and it is attached with double-sided tape. See photos.

QuestionDoes this speaker come in the color black?

- Answer Not sure if the speaker come in black but I wanted to mention that one can apply a coat of paint. The casing is made of hard solid glass fiber, and its mounting brackets are solid metal (probably aluminum), both of which have a good coat of matte white eggshell color. The texture feels a bit like a smooth eggshell, and I believe this is so one can paint over them (prime surface).

- Answer Yes, you can connect more than two speakers to the system. Depending on the speaker, you can connect up to two speakers per speaker terminals. Each channel/terminal transmits an impressive 125 watts of power.
