Yes, you will need a Sonos amp to hookup your ceiling speakers and you may need a Sonos boost as well to get the speakers connected if you have a large building.

As far as how many sonos speaker you can connect throughout your business, it’s 32 sonos speakers. They are network speakers. They connect to your WiFi and they are all controlled through the sonos app.
