• The Sonos One is compatible with Airplay 2 and will play content directly from iOS devices that use Airplay 2 as well!

• Yes; however, the only way to connect to this speaker is via internet, so you'll need to make sure your devices are connected on the same network (no bluetooth). You'll be able to play music using the Sonos app on any iOS device or AirPlay music/videos directly from MacBook, iPad, iPhone.
