“Hello, I want to buy a turntable to use with my Sonos speakers around my house. I will need to buy the turntable and buy a Port or the Amp? And a preamp or no preamp turntable? I know the Amp works w/ wiredspeakers. Thanks.”

Yeah depends on what you want. Port is nice just as a "line in" for the turntable to send it to other speakers around the home. If you're wanting to listen in that room where the turntable is Amp is nice with a pair of speakers. You can also line into a Sonos Five with a 3.5mm jack. Most turntable do require a preamp. Especially older ones. Some of the newer ones have them built in. It's really a case by base scenario.
