“Hello my just asked question was not answered. I want to use my Iphone data to run Netflix on this TV. Is that possible? I do not want to use my house wifi, as it is too slow. I want to physically connect my Iphone to the TV via usb and use cellular data.”

I do not use it that way; I have an AV/FM receiver that can take in multiple HDMI feeds (switchable) and provides one HDMI output that is plugged into the TV. However, I searched Sony's web site and found out that there are 3 USB ports and will display movies/videos/images if your cellular data is using one of the following USB playback codecs: MPEG1:MPEG1/MPEG2PS:MPEG2/MPEG2TS(HDV,AVCHD):MPEG2,AVC/MP4(XAVC S):AVC,MPEG4,HEVC/AVI:Xvid,MotionJpeg/ASF(WMV):VC1/MOV:AVC,MPEG4,MotionJpeg/MKV:Xvid,AVC,MPEG4,VP8.HEVC/WEBM:VP8/3GPP:MPEG4,AVC/MP3/ASF(WMA)/WAV/MP4AAC/FLAC/JPEG Having no experience using the USB Ports, I make NO guarantees!
