• that we see as user, is a easy interface with android devices, not sure if works with others. no matter the wifi service provider or wifi router, works fine, hope this helps

• The TV has Android as its software. Just like some cell phones that use Android. Others like Apple use IOS. It has nothing to do with your wifi or internet provider.
