This is an e-mount lens and since your A7 Sii is also an e-mount body the lens will fit and mount to the camera. The images from this lens will be recorded in the crop mode on your full-frame camera. You can choose to turn that auto-cropping off and your full frame image will exhibit vignetting that you can handle in post (if you shoot RAW.) An APS-C lens on a full frame camera will only give good coverage on the smaller size area of the full frame sensor. Image sizes for full frame are 36 x 24 mm vs 22.2 x 14.8 mm for APS-C.
