Is this compatible with sony a7r? null

You probably have already gotten an answer to this question but I will answer for the others that may have the same query. Since the A7 R is an-mount body the e-mount lens will fit and mount to the camera. Since the lens is APS-C the images on the full frame camera (like your A7 R) will be recorded in crop mode. You may be able to turn-off the auto crop on your camera and record the full frame image which will exhibit vignetting due to the smaller coverage size of the APS-C.
