Hi Charlie, Thank you for your inquiry! With our Acoustic Surface Audio, the screen is the speaker. An innovative actuator behind the screen vibrates discreetly to create sound so what you hear comes from the place in the scene where the action is happening—dialog from characters, engine noise from a car. Speaker configuration are 2 actuators and 2 subwoofers. I hope this helps! -Vincent
