Hi there, Thanks for the question and the interest in Sony products! Regarding your concern, the BRAVIA 2 II does not have a Audio/Video cable on the connection terminal, so it would not be possible to connect VHS/VCR devices-like. We can recommend checking for a converter or adapter as the TV has HDMI capability, but we would not guarantee that the external device will work as it is not intended for the TV to be used with that connection type.
